Getting the most from your treatment.

01

Start treatment early

Current guidelines recommend starting antiretroviral therapy as soon as possible after diagnosis. Early treatment protects your immune system and reduces the risk of HIV-related complications.

02

Adherence matters

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.

03

Side effects

Taking your medication consistently, at the same time each day, keeps viral load undetectable and maximises the effectiveness of treatment. If adherence is a challenge, talk to your clinic — there is support available.

04

Regular monitoring

Attending routine HIV clinic appointments for viral load checks, CD4 counts, and general health monitoring is essential. These appointments help keep you well and catch any concerns early.
