Meet plushealth
Plushealth was founded in 2018 by Chris Williams — launched on 19th July, exactly ten years after his own HIV diagnosis — to support people living with HIV wherever they are in the UK. Working entirely online, we've grown from a community project into a registered charity (September 2020), delivering free peer support, working in partnership through the Fast-Track Cities programme for London, and striving towards zero new HIV cases and zero stigma by 2030.
“I live in a rural area and didn’t have access to any local support. The online peer support changed everything. I finally found people who understood — and I didn’t have to travel anywhere to find them.” - Online peer support participant
