We encourage our volunteers to contribute to the development of Plushealth, and in return we’re committed to providing role-specific training and other opportunities for volunteers to develop their knowledge and skills.We provide monthly group or one-to-one supervision meetings for our peer mentor volunteers, with additional training and mentoring for all volunteers — so everyone feels fully supported and part of the wider Plushealth team.
