Trustee responsibilities include leadership, governance and financial oversight — ensuring Plushealth carries out its statutory obligations and remains financially secure at all times.Trustees also oversee staff and volunteer development, trustee succession planning, and building sound relationships with external stakeholders — promoting the work of the charity and acting as spokespeople where required.
